Good to see all these tough suspensions are changing player behaviour on the ice. As I said in my last article, with players not policing themselves it is upto the league to do it for them.
Tanner Pearson took a liberty on Davidson. It is pretty blatant, no attempt for the puck, just body contact.

Lets see what Tanner gets, I'm betting it's just the rest of the pre season and the opener. That at least would be consistent with what has happened so far, it is no where near enough.

Having a clean record helps Pearson here, but whatever he gets from the Department of Player Safety is not going to be enough.
As we get closer to the start of the year you can see an increase of dangerous hits as the speed and stakes get higher.
